This looks like a hoot!
I'll have to go buy some plastic dinosaurs I spotted the other day!

I've heard a few odds and ends about the game but don't really know that much about it. Is there a link with more info?
Okay, added a text link - the banner was linked :)
Thank you for providing the excellent pictures and info about Sticks & Stones, Snizitch! This is a cool site -- I love the Pirates islands and kitbashes in particular.
There are some very nice (and relatively inexpensive) painted plastic dinos out there, as it sounds like you already know. Although it is hard to find too many that are truly in scale with the cavemen, there are some -- and you can just bump up the stats on the ones that are larger scale (they still look great on the table!). There are also some very nice pewter dinos that are in scale, but ironically, they are both unpainted and comparatively more expensive (due to the price of the metal). I use a combination in my battles.
I look forward to hearing about your games!
